Jesus Peace - Original Painting

This piece was derived from the Christ The Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I adorned him with luxury garments and accessories, a Jesus piece along with other expensive jewelry, and a Basquiat crown for good measure.

11-color spray paint on a museum-quality stretched canvas. Each piece uses 20oz heavy-duty cotton canvas using acid-free acrylic titanium gesso. The canvas is stretched on kiln-dried stretcher bars with extra bracing for added support.
